In this pivotal role, you will manage the schedules of a dedicated network of behavioral health clinicians, ensuring their availability aligns with practice requirements. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, remote environments and are passionate about supporting healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in intensive training to become proficient with our new Electronic Health Record (EHR) scheduling system.
- Assist with the migration of clinician schedules from the current EHR platform to the new system, ensuring accuracy and seamless transitions.
- Develop and maintain clinician schedules, making ongoing adjustments as necessary to meet operational needs.
- Collaborate with Practice Operations and Implementation Teams to facilitate effective scheduling workflows.
- Coordinate closely with the Behavioral Health Clinician Liaison team to ensure schedules satisfy both operational standards and client needs.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in scheduling within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Proficient with technology and comfortable navigating EHR systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to foster effective collaboration with clinicians and teams.
- Proven capacity to quickly learn and apply new information efficiently.
- At least 1 year of relevant scheduling experience, preferably in a virtual healthcare context.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
