Key Responsibilities
- Organize and prepare documentation and relevant information to facilitate the efficient execution of tasks.
- Verify transaction details, schedule and process disbursements, and secure necessary approvals for payments.
- Ensure timely revenue collection by validating transaction information, calculating charges and refunds, and managing any delinquent accounts.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue accounts and send payment reminders as necessary.
- Maintain accurate accounting ledgers by posting all relevant account transactions.
- Reconcile account statements and transactions for accuracy.
- Investigate discrepancies and initiate necessary adjustments or payments to rectify account issues.
- Adhere to internal controls to uphold financial accuracy and security.
- File and maintain historical financial records, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to overall departmental success by completing related tasks as required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software, with a preference for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional accounting or finance role.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar accounting platforms is highly preferred.
