Key Responsibilities

  • Manage phone calls and route inquiries to the appropriate personnel in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Oversee incoming correspondence, ensuring that emails, mail, and other communications are prioritized and directed to the relevant team members.
  • Coordinate calendars, arranging meetings, travel plans, and appointments, while organizing events and conference calls efficiently.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical document storage for easy retrieval of essential materials.
  • Develop and prepare presentations, memos, reports, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in scheduling travel and meetings, updating calendars, and managing reservation requests.
  • Support basic accounting tasks, including expense tracking and invoice processing.
  • Exhibit a dependable attendance record and fulfill responsibilities consistently.
  • Adhere to safety protocols as outlined in the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) during working hours.
  • Undertake additional projects and duties as required to assist team objectives.

  • Proficient multitasking skills, with the capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.
  • Strong critical thinking skills for effective issue identification, analysis, and resolution.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, ideally within a professional office environment.
