Schedule: Full Time
Shift: Day Shift 6:45pm-7:15am with every other weekend rotation.
Location: AH Fish 1055 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL 32763 and AH Palm Coast HHA Hospice 150 Memorial Medical Pkwy, Palm Coast, FL 32164 (Covering both facilities but primarily Fish)
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of NursingBasic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

$31.53 - $52.24
