Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and oversee the daily operations of the Nursing Department
- Ensure nursing staff compliance with all state regulations and facility guidelines
- Participate in facility surveys and audits
- Conduct daily rounds to uphold nursing standards and quality of care
- Address and promptly report resident complaints and grievances
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to providing excellent patient care
