What You'll Do
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards. This will involve delivering patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

What You'll Do
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards. This will involve delivering patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Specific Duties For This Nursing Health Care Position Include
- The Registered Nurse is responsible for the coordination and performance of nursing activities in his/her assigned section/unit during a designated shift. In the absence of the Director of Nursing and Administrator, a Registered Nurse on some shifts is responsible for facility operations.
We’re looking for a compassionate and flexible leader who is open-minded and organized. This team member loves caring for patients and values the ability to choose shifts that work with their lifestyle. They know how to develop trust in every relationship and thrive in an environment that supports both their professional growth and personal life.
- Current, valid RN state license
- A nursing degree or diploma from an accredited college or university
- Experience in a long-term living facility a plus, but not required
- Skilled at tackling numerous tasks and makes quick decisions
- Can foster good resident and family relationships
- Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment
- A passion for working with elderly residents in a caring, compassionate manner
