Care Hospice is seeking a Regional Vice President for our Mid-Atlantic Region. Our Mid-Atlantic Region includes our Holisticare Hospice programs located in New Jersey (Pleasantville, Red Bank, & Toms River) & Pennsylvania (Allentown, Wayne, & Wyomissing), Hospice of New Jersey program located in Bloomfield, NJ, and Lighthouse Hospice programs located in New Jersey (Cherry Hill & Trenton). The ideal candidate is a seasoned hospice leader that has multi-site/multi-state management experience, a passion for hospice, a strong operational background, and lives in New Jersey or Pennsylvania. This position involves traveling within the region approximately 75% of the time.

The Regional Vice President (RVP) will be responsible for managing assigned hospice program(s) and will have primary responsibility of all activities necessary to effectively coordinate the establishment, licensure, and certification of additional (new) hospice locations. The RVP will be supported by all company service departments and will coordinate the activities of support departments via close communication with the Division President and Chief Operating Officer. It is anticipated that the RVP will be responsible for multiple start-up hospices in varying stages of development and will ultimately turn over responsibility for oversight of individual hospices to the Program Directors (PDs), responsible for each office location.

  • Quality Improvement Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in patient care delivery and agency efficiency, ensuring financial success.
  • Financial Oversight Communicate and manage monthly and quarterly financial performance, including budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Board Engagement Actively participate in quarterly Board of Director meetings, providing updates and insights on regional operations.
  • Talent Development Assist local Program Directors in recruiting, evaluating, and developing senior staff positions to strengthen our leadership team.
  • Bachelor’s degree required strongly preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years Healthcare Experience; HOSPICE INDUSTRY REQUIRED
  • A minimum of 4 years management experience
  • Marketing or Business Development experience in a healthcare environment required.
  • Multi-site management experience required, hospice multi-site management experience a plus
  • Computer Software experience and competency required for Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be self-motivated and results orientated
  • Must be willing to travel and spend at least 75% of time in assigned markets.
  • Must have demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships in the communities served as well as within the company.


$175,000 - $200,000 per year (Average Pay Range + bonus potential). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
