Job Description
The Regional Manager (RM) is responsible for managing their organization’s tech support team (Level 2 and Level 3).
Evaluate employee performance and facilitate training for desktop support specialists if required.
Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow tool, including managing tickets and generating reports/dashboards on a demand basis
Other tasks can include testing and updating software, asset management, and serving as a point of escalation for advanced issues.
Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum
