Job Description
Upstream Rehabilitation is looking for a Regional Director to lead our teams of talented Physical Therapists in the Indianapolis area in our BenchMark Physical Therapy clinics!

As a champion of the Upstream Rehabilitation mission, vision and values, you would be responsible for ensuring quality clinical care, identifying and overseeing new Denovo clinics, and accountable for clinical operational and financial performance. This role works hand-in-hand with Senior Office Coordinators, Regional Assistants, and Sales Account Managers to ensure operational congruency. Use your attention to detail and effective communication to influence others within the business, at the clinics, and outside contacts (patients, vendors, physicians). You will have the opportunity to examine processes, policies and issues to help your team overcome and work toward success. This is the chance to make a difference in the Physical Therapy community!

What makes someone a fit?
- Ability to develop & coach the leadership, management and clinical skills of each Clinic Director within the region.
- Expertise to ensure appropriate hiring, staffing, payroll, performance reviews, and other HR related duties are executed properly & timely.
- Skilled at working and communicating with different teams across an organization such as Marketing, Recruiting, Sales, Front Office, as well as Executive Leadership.
- Ability to connect interpersonally with patients, clinical team, and other departments within the organization.
- Proven track record of successful operational and financial performance, plus the ability to strategic plan for future growth
- Drive to continually support the mission, vision and values of Upstream Rehabilitation.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or pending state licensure within the region
- 3+ years experience within an outpatient rehabilitationsetting
- Demonstrated effective operational leadership and performance, preferably with multi-site leadership experience
- Certifications may be preferred based on the assigned clinic service array.
- Preferred completion of Leadership Development Program.
