We are looking for someone like you – passionate about the pro-life cause, prayerful, and dedicated to making a difference – to help women and protect preborn babies.
As the Regional Coordinator, you will lead, support, and develop a team of staff and volunteers who serve on the frontlines through prayer and compassionate outreach. This role combines leadership, operations, and direct ministry—ensuring our team is equipped, cared for, and effective in their mission.
You will mobilize the Coalition Life Circle with dozens of churches covering days of prayer, that draws hundreds and strengthen sidewalk counseling teams while amplifying the pro-life message across the Northeast. You will organize events to raise awareness of Coalition Life, both independently and in conjunction with local supporting organizations. Working with the Stewardship Department, you will identify and cultivate donors. All of these efforts will lead you to help identify and train the next generation of pro-life leaders.
Coverage States: Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, California, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Coverage Cities: Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Sacramento, Phoenix, Denver, Salt Lake City, Seattle, Portland (OR), Las Vegas, Albuquerque.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Nonprofit Management, Human Resources, or 5 or more years in a related field required.
- At least 5 years of progressive leadership and operational management experience, with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-site supervisory role.
- Nonprofit, ministry, or mission-driven organizational experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations.
- Strong understanding of organizational policies, compliance standards, and best practices in volunteer and staff management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to represent the organization in the community and build strong partnerships.
- Strong organizational, strategic planning, and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure operational efficiency across sites.
- Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and sound judgment in decision-making.
