CareCore Health is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and dedicated Regional Business Office Manager to support our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout the Cleveland/Northern Ohio Region. This vital leadership role ensures consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in business office operations across multiple locations.

This position requires regular travel to company-operated facilities throughout the Cleveland/ Northern Ohio Region.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support Business Office Managers at CareCore Health facilities in the state of Ohio.
  • Ensure accurate billing, collections, accounts receivable management, census reporting, and resident trust accounting.
  • Conduct training, audits, and ongoing performance evaluations to ensure standardization and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with facility leadership and regional teams to meet financial and operational targets.
  • Monitor compliance with all federal, state, and company policies and regulations.
  • Serve as a liaison between facility offices and the corporate team.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Office Manager in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
  • Experience overseeing multiple sites or working in a regional capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Private-Pay billing procedures.
  • Strong Understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to our Ohio Facilities as required.
