Allegiance Industries, a premier facility services provider located in Columbia, SC is growing and looking to expand our recruitment team. We are seeking a highly motivated High-Volume Recruiter to join us. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for managing a territory of approximately 30 open requisitions per month. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the continued growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of requisitions, handling around 30 open positions at any given time.
• Source, phone- screen hourly field employees
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (Paycom) with accurate candidate information and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and hiring events for Regional Managers
• Ensure timely and effective communication with hiring managers and candidates.
• Handle administrative recruitment tasks such as job postings, answering the phone and updating regional managers of the status of new-hires
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with Paycom, Excel and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, team members, and candidates.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
