Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of requisitions, handling around 30 open positions at any given time.
- Source, phone- screen hourly field employees
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (Paycom) with accurate candidate information and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and hiring events for Regional Managers
- Ensure timely and effective communication with hiring managers and candidates.
- Handle administrative recruitment tasks such as job postings, answering the phone and updating regional managers of the status of new-hires
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with Paycom, Excel and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, team members, and candidates.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
