You'll be the heartbeat of hiring at Monarch, balancing big-picture workforce planning with the hands-on work of recruiting and onboarding.
- Lead job postings, interviews, and screening processes across multiple regions.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs and align on hiring priorities.
- Own the candidate journey, making it seamless and unforgettable.
- Manage and improve our onboarding process.
- Coordinate with third-party training vendors and develop internal learning pathways.
- Join capacity planning conversations and forecast staffing needs to match incoming workload.
- Track and report recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and onboarding satisfaction.
- 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience (construction or operations-focused industries preferred).
- Proven ability to manage candidate pipelines, hiring plans, and onboarding workflows.
- Comfortable working across departments and regions.
- Experience with recruiting metrics and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong communicatorwritten, verbal, and visual (you'll be telling our story).
- Highly organized with a systems-driven mindset.
- Salary: $50,000 to $65,000, based on experience
