Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to provide end-to-end staffing and recruiting support to our Lake County management team. You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to meet our hiring goals and maintain compliance with internal and external policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective sourcing and recruiting strategies
• Source, screen, and present qualified external candidates for a variety of roles
• Oversee the pre-employment process including background checks, references, and onboarding coordination
• Recommend competitive offers based on internal equity and external market data
• Ensure all requisitions and applicant data are accurately tracked in Abbott’s applicant tracking system (ATS) for compliance and reporting
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (required)
• Master’s degree or SHRM certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
• Strong understanding of full cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing strategies
• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting metrics
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
