Description

At Inter Miami CF we’re seeking an organized, energetic, and people-focused Recruiter to support hiring across our full-time, part-time and seasonal staffing, and other high-volume roles. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner closely with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive hiring experience for every candidate. You will help us build strong talent pipelines, and contribute to the HR team’s ongoing efforts to strengthen processes as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for full-time, part-time and seasonal staffing, and other high-volume roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, refine job descriptions, and align on selection criteria.
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, talent networks, and proactive outreach.
  • Coordinate interviews, prepare hiring teams with appropriate materials, and ensure structured, consistent evaluations.
  • Facilitate the offer process, providing guidance on timelines, compensation ranges, and hiring expectations.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure all hiring activities comply with federal, state, local, and internal HR policies.
  • Build and nurture pipelines by staying connected with universities, community partners, and local talent groups.
  • Represent Inter Miami CF at recruiting events, job fairs, and community or campus activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations as? well as internal HR and recruitment policies.?
  • Support process improvements and special projects aimed at increasing efficiency and enhancing the candidate experience.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience in high-volume, hospitality, sports, entertainment, or similar fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment and partnering with hiring managers.
  • Proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and related HR tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of employment regulations and hiring compliance.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
