Shive-Hattery has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Recruiting Partner with 0-2 years of experience, preferred. Come grow in your new career with us! This position serves as support to the Director of Human Resources and our Sr. Recruiter.
We are looking for an individual who is extremely detail-oriented with proven experience in Recruiting. Candidate must show experience in keeping tabs on several open requisitions simultaneously. Must have excellent computing skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft environment as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience in recordkeeping helpful and excellent organizational skills is a must. Role requires discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
- Recruiting administration i.e. scheduling and coordination of interviews with candidates and offices
- Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR department and business units
- Working with Leaders to create requisitions in the HRIS (Paylocity) system and MS Office
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Gather and track data, record keeping and compliance monitoring
- Establish employee onboarding
- Compensation and benefits recordkeeping
- Maintaining employee files and the HRIS
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred, but not required
- Human Resources Certification (i.e. PHR, SHRM-CP) and/or commitment to the HR field through training and development is desirable
