Summary

As a Poolside Recreation Attendant, you play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for guests at the pool area. Our outside area includes a waterfall pool, adult pool, lazy river, 4 waterslides, a Rockwall, and more. The Recreation Attendant will be responsible for conducting organizing activities for our guests. This person must have good communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain a vigilant presence to ensure the safety of pool users.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents and promote a secure environment.
• Greet guests warmly and provide information about pool facilities, the resort, and other amenities.
• Assist guests with inquiries, such as providing towels, sunscreen, merchandise, and other amenities.
• Address and resolve guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
