As an important member of our Administration team, you will provide best-in-class service for our employees and guests as you support the general day-to-day business needs and assist with company events. You will be a recognizable voice and face for the company, requiring your positivity and adaptability as we continue to grow.

  • Greeting guests and staff at front desk
  • Answer phone calls
  • Accept deliveries
  • Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up-to 30 pounds on occasion
  • Ability to multitask with various projects
  • Stock printing areas, breakroom areas, and other areas of the building with supplies as needed
  • Organize office supply orders and storage areas
  • Assist with setting up and cleaning up for company lunches
  • Assist with company recognition programs
  • Assist with company meetings and events
  • Work on clerical projects as tasked
  • Other tasks as needed

 Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience required
  • 1+ years of administration office work strongly preferred
  • Proficient with MS Suite applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Typing speed of at least 40 - 50 WPM, with high level of accuracy required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability and willingness to take on challenging assignments within role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Food Handler permit, or willing to obtain one
