- Answer and direct calls professionally.
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly demeanor.
- Maintain an organized front desk area.
- Handle mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Use Excel for various administrative tasks.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tasks.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Previous receptionist or similar experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.
