Career TEAM is on the search for a charismatic Director of First Impressions. Our ideal candidate has a pleasant demeanor and professional appearance. In this role, you will be the first person that staff, clients, and visitors see as they enter our office, so it is essential to create a welcoming atmosphere. You will also complete receptionist tasks, such as answering phones, preparing outgoing mail, and assisting with office calendaring. While some postsecondary education is a plus, we prefer candidates with administrative or clerical experience. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at the listed location.

Your Impact on Career TEAM's Success:

  • Developing and maintaining databases
  • Labeling and updating paper files
  • Putting files, digital or paper, into their proper locations
  • Gathering and organizing files and documents for coworkers' use, such as for reports
  • Maintaining supply inventories
  • Troubleshooting computers, printers, fax machines, scanners, shredders, and other office equipment
  • Calling for maintenance and repairs of various office equipment as needed
  • Answering phone calls and emails regarding documentation organization
  • Photocopying
  • Sorting, delivering, picking up, and sending mail
  • Greet clients and other visitors
  • Answer phones
  • Process, scan, and file paperwork
  • Assist with office calendaring
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain the reception area
  • Client outreach/scheduling
  • Performs clerical and customer service work in support of the staff
  • Approach each day and task with a "ZAG" mindset
  • Other duties and projects as needed

To Qualify for This Role, You Must Have:

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Astounding ability to multitask and be proactive
  • Advanced Knowledge & proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience and knowledge of TANF/SNAP/ WIOA Workforce Development Programs
  • A Valid Driver's License

Salary: $40,000

Travel: Position may require local travel on an as-needed basis
