Job Description
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk and be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls appropriately
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Provide basic information to clients and visitors
Support administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, email systems, etc.)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
