Next Level Group seeks a driven and goal-oriented Real Estate Agent in Lubbock, TX, with an annual sales volume between $1 and $4 million, eager to grow their business and increase their production by 30%. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule property viewings for prospective buyers in partnership with lead agents and clients.
  • Conduct property tours, highlighting key features and responding to basic client questions.
  • Communicate feedback from showings to the lead agent to aid in client decision-making.
  • Accurately document showing appointments and client interactions using the PLACE Technology platform.
  • Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients, agents, and team members to ensure a seamless process.
  • Perform light administrative tasks such as preparing showing materials and updating property details.
  • Keep informed about local market trends and available listings to provide valuable insights during tours.
