What You Will Be Doing

• Deliver dynamic, customized reading sessions utilizing our AI-powered adaptive platform
• Craft innovative literacy interventions that maximize impact within our concentrated 2-hour framework
• Partner with our tech team to refine AI tools, ensuring they enhance your teaching prowess
• Utilize real-time data analytics to fine-tune each student's educational journey
• Create adaptable literacy content tailored to individual student needs

• Adhering to outdated reading programs that overlook technological advancements
• Managing overcrowded classrooms with limited resources

Reading Interventionist Key Responsibilities

Design and execute an AI-enhanced reading program that empowers students to achieve significant literacy advancements within our groundbreaking 2-Hour Learning model, all while nurturing a genuine love for reading.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Elementary Education, Literacy, or a related field
• OR any bachelor's degree with recognized reading instruction certifications (such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System, etc.)
• Experience in early elementary teaching with proven success in literacy instruction
• Passion for educational technology and willingness to adopt AI-based tools
• Proven ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
• Ability to work on-site at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Houston, TX; New York City, NY; Orlando, FL; Phoenix, AZ; Santa Barbara, CA; Tampa, FL; West Palm Beach, FL

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
