Summary Of Job Description
The Restaurant Development Administrator works with and supports the Chief Development Officer and the RD/International Leadership Team on facilitating and executing the department’s strategic plans and annual MBOs. This position follows up on department wide activities and information sharing within RD, as well as coordination with International partners. The RD Administrator analyzes information as the basis for presentations and reports.

The Restaurant Development Administrator works with and supports the Chief Development Officer and the RD/International Leadership Team on facilitating and executing the department’s strategic plans and annual MBOs. This position follows up on department wide activities and information sharing within RD, as well as coordination with International partners. The RD Administrator analyzes information as the basis for presentations and reports.
You’ll Get a Chance To
- Support activities on behalf of the Chief Development Officer, RD, and International Leadership Team, including helping with facilitation and execution of the strategic plans and annual MBOs. Participate in meetings and documents outcomes; follows up on actions items, ensuring their execution.
- Analyze information as the basis for presentations and reports by the leadership team and assists in putting together major presentations. Working with analytics team or Marketing, help prepare presentation content, incorporating needed analytics and narrative.
- Support International Leadership Team in organizing meetings, travel and communications with International partners.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new department associates. Ensure that RD standards for onboarding are followed and customizes onboarding to the role, working with managers and senior leaders.
- Coordinate meeting and travel schedule of Chief Development Officer and assist in preparing supporting information needed for the meetings.
- Schedule RD Leadership Team and Department meetings, ensuring participants have all necessary materials and preparing meeting notes and minutes. Draft correspondence related to meeting summaries and agreements and follows up with the RD Leadership Team.
- Lead or support the department on events such as department team building and annual Golf Tournament, Leaders Conference, and ICSC.

Your background and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required
- Minimum three years of relevant experience, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
- Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
