Quality Improvement Specialist

Peak Performers has partnered with a managed care organization to assist in their search for a remote Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist. In this contract position, you will be responsible for reviewing medical records to determine if they meet predetermined requirements/standards for HEDIS measures and collect associated data.

Major duties

• Review medical records to determine if they meet predetermined requirements/standards for HEDIS measures and collect associated data. Previous HEDIS experience preferred.
• Review between 50-100 records per 8-hour day (based on HEDIS measures reviewed) with 95% or better accuracy.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, related field or equivalent experience and requires an clinical license. 3+ years of nursing or quality improvement experience.
• Knowledge of HEDIS Hybrid Measures
• Ability to utilize technology proficiently (TEAMS, Excel, EMR’s, QMRM)
• Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines

• Rate: $21.83/hour
• W2 Contract
• Worksite Location: Remote but need to be local to Tucson or Phoenix (or surrounding cities)
• Remote
