About The Position

The Quality Control Analyst role is a part-time remote contract position designed for individuals who are passionate about ensuring product excellence and maintaining high-quality standards. This position plays a critical role in our organization by analyzing data, conducting tests, and providing insights that contribute to product improvement and compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks.
• Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, root causes of quality issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes, findings, and recommendations.
• Assist in the development of quality control procedures and training materials.
• Provide timely reports and presentations on quality metrics and project status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Engineering, Life Sciences) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information clearly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with quality management systems.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Quality Control (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Auditor) is a plus.
• Experience in statistical process control and quality improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
