Job Summary

The Quality Performance Review (QPR) Project Manager is responsible for leading a team of QPR Program Administrators in the workflow and contractual timelines of QPR projects to uphold business initiatives. Their duties include dividing up their resources and responsibilities for different project aspects, advocating for additional support when necessary, training and developing new team members, selecting project team members from existing departments, and setting or adjusting project schedules to adhere to deadlines. Responsible for the supervision of QPR Project Administrators. This role may be remote, available only in certain states.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees all Project Task Activities for designated Project Teams. Delegating tasks on projects to employees or contractors best positioned to ensure quality completion.
  • Creating long and short-term workflows and project plans, including designating targets for milestones and completion deadlines.
  • Makes effective decisions and recommends creative solutions when presented with challenges, ideas, and clientele’s unique needs. Prepares action plans, data analysis, client-facing dashboards, and managing resources.
  • Responsible for Project setup of all TW Projects for New Clients. Manages Teams Access, User Channels, etc. Updating Teams with the active status of users and any changes.
  • Conduct project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Performs quality control on the project throughout the life cycle of the QPR contract to maintain standards as expected. Analyzes and reports data for QPR calibration to monitor the case review variance of team members.
  • Creates Action Plans recommending corrective measures, advancement opportunities, and other necessary recommendations for QPR subcontractors. Also, it creates and monitors client-facing dashboards and manages resources.
  • Evaluate the project’s success by observing activities, reviewing data, and assessing surveys and reports findings QPR management. As needed, communicate with QPR Executives or boards to keep the project aligned with client goals.
  • Onboards newly assigned team members. Assists QPR Training Manager and Development Team Project Managers with CDE recommendations, creation, and distribution.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Leadership, Project Management, or equivalent experience in managing teams or projects. Credit will be considered for equivalent work experience.
  • Active PMP Certification is required or must be obtained within 6 months of job acceptance.
  • Current Emergency Dispatch Triple (EMD, EFD, and EPD) ED-Q certification (or certified within 6 months of job acceptance)
  • Requires Successful completion of the QPR/PDC Training, including all elements and requirements of the PDC Contractor Academy, either before hire or within the first year of hire.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in problem-solving, interpreting complex data elements, articulating findings, and providing solutions in high-stress work environments.

Physical Requirements And Essential Job Functions

  • This typical office job requires sitting for long periods at a desk, occasionally moving, standing, and walking. It requires rapid use of arms, hands, or fingers to handle or manipulate objects or operating equipment, tools, and/or instruments, requiring fine eye-hand coordination.
  • The work environment is composed of moderate noise (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic)
  • Standard office environment with occasional travel to project sites (less than 25%)
  • May require extended hours during peak project phases.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
  • Project Management over the site includes coordinating and managing resources to ensure project milestones are achieved while also monitoring project progress, risks, and successes.
  • Facilitate project and team meetings, including kick-off, status, update, and review meetings.
  • Fostering a collaborative and positive team environment
  • Manage project resources effectively and efficiently.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, development, and support.
  • Ability to represent Academy, Company, and Discipline-Specific standards during high-stress and occasionally tense discussions with client representatives in a manner that fosters understanding and willingness to work through any areas of differing opinion.
  • Strong ability to articulate and communicate thoughts and ideas in written and verbal formats.
  • Strategic thinking to anticipate client and departmental needs as new changes or updates to PDS protocols emerge.
  • Ability to think and work independently.
