The Quality Assurance Nurse is responsible for overseeing nursing services in the home health setting, including personnel administration, training, and coordination of all care team members and physicians.

- This is an office based position Monday-Friday 8a-5pm

The Quality Assurance Nurse is responsible for overseeing nursing services in the home health setting, including personnel administration, training, and coordination of all care team members and physicians.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Demonstrates support for the agency's mission statement to promote quality, efficient, comprehensive, compassionate, and effective client services.
- Participates in and supports internal development activities, including but not limited to: performance improvement activities, employee orientation, interviewing and selection, competency testing, and in-services.
- Uses practical communication skills to follow up on complaints by clients or personnel.
- Maintains confidentiality of client, employee, and home health operations.
- Keeps all records in accordance with applicable regulations; ensures they are up to date, organized, and ready for inspection at any time.
- Promotes compliance with all agency and safety standards, policies, and procedures.
- Review all client records and plans of service to ensure that they meet agency policy, procedures, and standards of practice.
