We are currently looking for a QA Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365 for a 100% remote position on a large federal government project. The selected candidate will lead a team of testers to plan, execute, and deliver testing activities that ensure high-quality Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This role will collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and business analysts to establish best practices, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with project and client requirements.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the testing team throughout the project lifecycle to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules to align with project requirements.
- Oversee test case design, execution, and documentation while ensuring adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure timely identification, reporting, and resolution of defects through effective defect management.
- Implement and maintain testing tools and frameworks to optimize QA processes.
- Monitor test progress and provide regular status updates to project leadership.
- Promote best practices in manual and automated testing while mentoring and training junior testers.
- Contribute to team objectives and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 modules, workflows, and business processes.
- Experience with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or TestRail.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics products at the Department of Veterans Affairs.
- Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, EasyRepro, RSAT, or Playwright.
- Knowledge of API testing and integration testing.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or QA-related certifications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Prior experience collaborating with VA stakeholders to optimize CRM workflows and enhance service delivery.
- Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) within a federal agency environment.
- Proven knowledge of Department of Veterans Affairs operations, policies, and client-facing technology solutions.
