Job Overview

Zadok Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Site Superintendent to manage and oversee on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring tasks are completed according to project plans and specifications
• Maintain project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors
• Enforce job site safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Supervise subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration
• Address and resolve on-site issues quickly to keep projects on track
• Monitor project expenses and control costs in coordination with project managers
• Maintain professional communication with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors
• Keep accurate project records, including daily progress reports, and safety logs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Construction Management Education
• Experience in Hospitality or Multi Family projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Proficiency in construction management software (Fieldwire, Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, or similar)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• OSHA certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
