- Minimum 10 years of Technical Project/Program management experience or deep technical knowledge of Cloud Product solutions and customer usage experience
- 2+ years of experience in Cloud / IT operation, software engineering, systems engineering or similar experience
- Certifications: PMP or CSM preferred
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- A high standard for work ethic and quality is required
- Experience working with highly technical teams
- Proficiency in M.S. Project, M.S. Office required
