Project Manager Summary
- Experience in diagnostics or medical devices
- Strong understanding of design controls and experience working in a regulated environment
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Clinical, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) through the design control process and design reviews
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of diagnostic assays is preferred
- Experience in creating and managing project timelines
- Experience in product development
- Familiarity with stage gates for new products
- Experience with Smartsheet
