Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential roofing projects from planning to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate and supervise field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and maintaining positive relationships.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.
• Actively drive sales through client consultations, estimates, and follow-ups, combining technical expertise with strong customer service to close deals and generate referrals.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and company standards.
• Identify potential issues early and present solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and job progress photos using Company Cam checklist and Jobnimbus workflow programs.
  
  

Qualifications

• With 4+ years of experience in construction or roofing project management.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct crews effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage task and complete provided checklist
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with strong client-facing skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
