Building Excellence Through Ownership
At RGGC, we don’t just manage projects - we own them. We’re seeking a Project Manager who naturally takes initiative and responsibility for every aspect of a project’s success, sees problems before they happen, and refuses to let standards slip.
Our mission at RGGC is to prove construction can be an awesome experience for everyone involved. This is simple if you follow our core values.
Core Values You’ll Live Daily
You’ll take personal ownership of complex commercial projects from buyout through closeout. This isn’t about coordinating others’ work - it’s about being the guardian of quality, driver of schedules, and solver of complex challenges on architecturally significant projects.
