UCT is looking for a talented Project Manager to join us!

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the quotation and proposal process for new business opportunities.  The senior Project Manager will also assist in development of sales and marketing metrics and management of the sales forecast. Additional responsibilities may also include evaluation of new business opportunities for growth potential, profitability, and many other strategic criteria.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Sales and Supply Chain Management to complete new business opportunity quotations and develop comprehensive new business proposals including pricing models, cost reduction projections, and preliminary project planning.
• Maintain sales and marketing metrics as well as the sales forecast.
• Evaluate new business opportunities with assessment of ROI, risk & mitigation, site recommendation, resource allocation, opportunities for future business, and other strategic factors.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Expert knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills are required.

• Financial analysis and market research skills.

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or marketing.

Experience Requirement:

Work Experience:

• 2+ years of work experience, preferably in the semiconductor capital equipment or related industry, but not required.
