Job Duties: Review and recommend construction drawings and specifications, procure equipment and materials, monitor jobsite installations, prepare and submit RFIs, price and submit change orders, suggest labor and cost-saving measures, verify project schedules and milestones, conduct site walks for productivity and safety, manage submittals and material tracking, resolve construction issues and advise project teams, collect and process time and material tickets, maintain logs for RFIs, submittals, and change orders, assist with subcontractor billing and payment submissions, prepare and submit project closeout documents, maintain and archive project files, support CTC preparation, and assist with submittal processes.
