Responsibilities
Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure on-time project execution.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.
Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and deliverables.
Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress.
Facilitate project meetings and ensure follow-up on action items and decisions made.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, ideally in a technology-driven environment.
Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage challenges effectively.
Certification in Project Management (PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) is a plus.
