IDEAL Shower Doors is seeking a detail-oriented and confident Project Estimator & Field Foreman to join our Field Operations team. This full-time, onsite role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining technical precision with excellent customer service. As an Estimator, you'll be the face of IDEAL in the field-visiting customers' homes, taking accurate measurements, consulting on layout options, and delivering final pricing on the spot. Your ability to balance accuracy, professionalism, and personable communication will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to residential and commercial client sites to perform precise field measurements using a laser level
• Assess site conditions and communicate layout options and design considerations to customers
• Generate accurate pricing and quotes on-site and present final costs to the customer
• Build strong rapport with clients, answer technical questions, and guide decision-making during appointments
• Ensure accurate and consistent documentation of all measurements and details
• Collaborate with installation and production teams to ensure accurate order processing
• Follow up with clients as needed to assist with sales closure and project coordination
• Meet personal sales goals and contribute to overall team performance
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in estimating, measuring, or field sales (General construction industry preferred)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in measuring and quoting
• Confidence and professionalism when engaging with homeowners and contractors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using tablets, software, and other tech tools to document work
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
