We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator for our Parcel division at our Jonesboro location. The Project Coordinator will work in cooperation with the Project Management and Systems Team to ensure the successful execution of material handling projects by providing outstanding customer support for system projects. They will work effectively with every department within Hytrol to ensure client needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Review and process Integration Partner orders
• Interpret drawings, evaluate system requirements and ensure performance and acceptance are met
• Participate in design review meetings with the Integration Partner's Project Manager and fellow Hytrol team members to gain knowledge of systems applications
• Assist with documenting system design criteria.
• Assist with establishing a project contact list to ease the communication between Hytrol, Integration Partner, installation teams, etc.
• Assist with the development of a shipment sequence and schedule
• Monitor project tasks to ensure schedules remain on time
• Assist Project Managers with specific projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and the customer is pleased
• Communicate product improvement ideas from the field to further enhance the ability to manufacture, install and implement competitive world class systems
• Work cooperatively with Integration Partners for the successful implementation of material handling systems
• Ensure the Hytrol team provides superior customer service and customer satisfaction calls following installation of new equipment
• Educate, train and support Hytrol Integration Partners with conveyor product applications
• Assist Integration Partners in the field during start-up
• Oversee the design layouts and drafting on CAD systems
• Interpret written specs, research and design of special products
• Promote Hytrol products and services to the Integration Partner network and assist with the sales effort to increase sales volume.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Proven leadership and time management skills
  
  

Education

Technical degree required in such disciplines as Computer Engineering, CPA, etc.
