Community Clinic 

Community Clinic is a patient-directed Community Health Center which provides affordable primary health care and supportive services to our neighbors in Northwest Arkansas. Community Health Centers, also known as Federally Qualified Health Centers, is a Federal designation whereby community health needs are identified and are responded to appropriately. We are seeking a Project Coordinator who will provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for the Refugee Health Promotion (RHP) program. This role will execute program activities efficiently and in accordance with grant requirements, timelines, and goals. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for data tracking and reporting, supporting staff coordination, facilitating communication between internal teams and community partners, and maintaining compliance with program documentation standards. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p & events as needed and will report to our Springdale Administrative office in in Springdale, AR.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day program activities, timelines, and deliverables for the RHP program.
  • Support intake, enrollment, and eligibility verification processes for refugee participants.
  • Track participant data including attendance, service utilization, and pre-/post-assessment outcomes.
  • Manage scheduling and logistics for health education classes, navigation services, and wellness groups.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for communication between navigators, educators, behavioral health staff, and community partners.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA and program requirements.
  • Assist with preparation of internal and external reports, including narrative summaries and performance metrics.
  • Provide logistical support for community outreach events and coordinate with the Outreach Coordinator for participant recruitment efforts.
  • Monitor supply inventory and support purchasing for program materials such as educational resources, food bags, and participant incentives.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings, training, and quality improvement activities.
  • Adhere to all applicable regulatory guidelines and Community Clinic policies and procedures.
  • Other duties related to the RHP program and general Community Clinic outreach as assigned.


Skills

  • Bilingual ability in any global language (French, Spanish, Arabic, Hindi, etc) preferred
  • Understanding of refugee resettlement systems and sensitivity to cultural and linguistic needs of refugee communities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across departments and with diverse stakeholders.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and capable of using EHR and database systems.
  • Knowledge of community-based health and social service systems is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills and experience working collaboratively within a team environment.


Qualifications

  • HS or Equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant field such as public health, social sciences or biomedical sciences preferred
  • Bilingual ability in any global language (French, Spanish, Arabic, Hindi, etc) preferred
  • Experience coordinator projects, experience in public health or health education, and experience working with refugee resettlement preferred.
