Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Project Coordinator to support our fast-paced Development team. In this role, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps projects moving — managing vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment processing. Your organizational skills and drive for accuracy will directly support our Project Managers and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.

Job Functions
- Support Project Managers with creating and updating Purchase Orders with precision
- Coordinate across teams to track project progress and ensure timely completions
- Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Act as a key point of contact for vendor inquiries related to payments
- Partner with Accounts Payable to coordinate and batch payments
- Deliver insightful, easy-to-read spending reports for Project Managers
- Train new Project Managers on PO creation using Core Integrator
- Assist with special initiatives and projects within the Development team

Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
- Experience with Accounts Payable and Purchase Order systems
- Preferred industry background in wireless, construction, tower development, or real estate
- Familiarity with tools like Core Integrator, Sitetracker, Power BI, and SharePoint is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, stay organized, and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Entrepreneurial spirit – you’re resourceful, independent, and eager to improve processes
