Overview
Job Summary
Centerline is seeking a Project Coordinatorto prov ide support to our Project Managers and Construction Supervisors. This is an exciting new opportunity for someone who likes to multi-task, can handle multiple demands, is thorough and enjoys making an important impact in the day to day operations of the company.
What Will You Do
Requires the ability to sit for extended periods, stand, bend, walk, communicate via telephone, computer and/or face-to-face contact, vision to monitor, and use basic office equipment such as a personal computer, copier and fax machines regularly during the course of work. May be required to operate vehicle for Company business. Work is performed predominately in an office environment but may required to be in the field as needed.
Expected compensation includes 65,000-75,000 per year and benefits including medical, vision, and dental benefits, and 401k retirement plan available for eligible employees. Compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as an individual’s education, training, experience, skills, geographic location, seniority, merit, and other factors that are job related and consistent with business need.

Job Summary
Centerline is seeking a Project Coordinatorto prov ide support to our Project Managers and Construction Supervisors. This is an exciting new opportunity for someone who likes to multi-task, can handle multiple demands, is thorough and enjoys making an important impact in the day to day operations of the company.
What Will You Do
- Support project managers and construction supervisors in maintaining and updating project trackers related to fiber optic & wireless network builds
- Aid the Project Managers with budgeting and tracking on their projects
- Assist all project managers/supervisors with prompt and accurate billing on their projects; interact with the Accounting Department to ensure that billing is done accurately and timely
- Assist in managing customer purchase orders, quotes and requests for change orders
- Help manage smaller network builds to meet project time frames and deliverables when necessary
- Work with all departments to track status updates on projects
- Assist project managers/supervisors in work order/construction planning activities
- Provide administrative support as needed; manage office administration
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Business education with some financial training or financial focus.
- Candidates must possess a positive can-do attitude with a willingness to see the big picture; excellent work ethic and communication skills
- Knowledge of Telecom industry, Utility Management, Engineering or construction a plus
- Ability to provide pro-active internal & external support to the project managers and construction supervisors
- Demonstrated ability to communicate at executive/management level and at an operational level
- Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills necessary.
