Crew project management associates help control the scope, schedule, and cost of projects, while building skills to grow into roles as project and program managers.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all aspects of business readiness are tracked, documented, and communicated effectively to key stakeholders
  • Work closely with business process owners, IT teams, and program managers to coordinate key readiness activities and dependencies
  • Track and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive resolution

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on business readiness, project documentation, status reporting, readiness checklists, and functional status updates
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills
  • Strong experience managing project documentation, readiness checklists, and status reporting for large-scale initiatives
  • Highly organized, excellent attention to detail, and a structured approach to tracking progress
  • Experience managing stakeholder communications and status updates at various levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable updates

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
