Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pittsburgh, PA for a Program Manager, FOTT. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Friendship on the Town (FOTT) program, which provides social and recreational opportunities for our adult members with disabilities. The Program Manager will collaborate with staff, volunteers, and community partners to develop and implement activities and events, manage program logistics, uphold program standards and policies, and ensure the program's success.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, Masters preferred
- Experience in program management, preferably in the disability services sector
- Experience working with and interacting with adults with disabilities.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of disability rights, inclusion principles, and best practices
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the program
