System-wide Program Manager is an expert nurse responsible for coordinating high-quality, standardized care across multiple sites.
- Oversees patient care from admission to discharge, serving as an educator and resource for healthcare teams, patients, and communities.
- Develops community programs, educational activities, and marketing strategies to promote the service line.
- Leads quality improvement initiatives, monitors performance data, and ensures compliance with accreditation standards.
- Collaborates with leadership and care teams to enhance patient outcomes and incorporate evidence-based practices.
- Manages program development, policies, and research activities, chairing relevant committees for continuous improvement.
- Requires critical thinking, leadership, program management skills, and a minimum of five years clinical or quality management experience.
- Education includes a Bachelor's in Nursing and valid nursing license; additional certifications preferred.
- Works in a flexible, day-shift environment with physical demands such as lifting, standing, and working in potentially hazardous conditions.
