Job Purpose
The purpose of Red Aspen’s Brand Ambassador Sales team is to develop and deploy best-in-class systems, plans, and programs that maximize Brand Ambassador sales to customers, satisfaction and engagement, as well as support their team performance. The Program Management Intern will support the team by assisting with projects, coordinating programs, and ensuring initiatives are completed with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and executing Brand Ambassador programs, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Support ongoing programs such as Join Initiatives, Fast 45 and Onboarding, Leader Development, Dash Flash, Business Kits, and Incentives.
- Utilize project management systems (Asana) to track timelines, prioritize tasks, and communicate updates.
- Collaborate across departments to support project goals and ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Google Suite and familiar with tools such as Asana and Canva.
- Ability to follow project plans and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Superior organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Comfortable with a level of autonomy and the ability to take on challenges.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Preferred
- Experience with project management tools (especially Asana).
- Comfortable analyzing data or reports to track program performance.
- Must have a love for tacos or sushi!
