Program Assistant

Scope of Work

This position will work on a team providing administrative support with coordination, scheduling, and communication for the Structural Heart Clinic and Robotic Cardiovascular Surgery Program.

Essential Functions

• Data entry, clerical and computer tasks
• Maintains the database
• Files and copies paperwork/charts
• Completes reports
• Answers phones
• completes chart audits
  
  

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma
  
  

Preferred

• Experience in Microsoft Excel
