Highridge is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Professional Affairs Coordinator to support compliance processes and documentation related to surgeon interactions and professional education activities. This individual will play a key role in maintaining our MedCompli database, supporting our annual needs assessment process, and ensuring all activities align with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background, high attention to detail, and an interest in healthcare compliance and medical education.

Highridge is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Professional Affairs Coordinator to support compliance processes and documentation related to surgeon interactions and professional education activities. This individual will play a key role in maintaining our MedCompli database, supporting our annual needs assessment process, and ensuring all activities align with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background, high attention to detail, and an interest in healthcare compliance and medical education.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Enter and manage all surgeon-related engagements and documentation in MedCompli, including needs assessments, fair market value (FMV) reviews, and event records
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of compliance documentation such as W-9s, HCP agreements, travel approvals, and honoraria tracking
- Support the development and execution of the annual needs assessment by gathering data, tracking educational gaps, and compiling surgeon feedback
- Collaborate with medical education, marketing, and legal teams to ensure all HCP engagements are appropriately approved and documented
- Assist with preparing compliance reports and summaries for internal and external review
- Maintain and audit compliance records in accordance with company policy and industry regulations
- Support other administrative tasks related to surgeon programs, including document archiving, list management, and meeting scheduling
- Stay current on industry compliance trends and help ensure Highridge’s processes reflect best practices
Education/Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent organizational and data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus
