Production Operator

We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team.**Job Overview:**As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production lines, and ensuring that products meet high quality standards. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic.**Responsibilities:**- Operate production machinery in a safe and efficient manner- Monitor production lines to ensure products are being made according to specifications- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process- Maintain a clean and organized work area**Requirements:**- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role preferred- Ability to lift and move heavy objects- Strong attention to detail- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentCompensation Range: $17.00 - $22.00 per hourPlease note that Verve, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and we do not discriminate against applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other status protected by law.
