Production Crew Manager (2074)

Are you an experienced operations leader with a passion for safety, team development, and continuous improvement? We are looking for a Crew Manager to join our high-performing team in Scranton, PA.

Responsibilities

As a Crew Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading daily operations to drive safety, production efficiency, and team performance. You will:

• Champion a safety-first culture, enforcing plant safety systems and investigating incidents.
• Monitor and optimize production workflow to ensure timely and quality output.
• Maintain staffing and shift readiness, ensuring the right people are in the right roles.
• Act as a key communication link between shift employees and plant leadership.
• Support training and development, helping employees grow and meet qualifications.
• Uphold quality standards and 5S practices to drive plant cleanliness and organization.
• Implement disciplinary procedures where needed, aligned with company policies.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience
• Ability to work 8:00AM-8:00PM 2-2-3 Shift
• Knowledge of the plastics industry preferred
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial equipment
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
• The salary range for this position is $75,600 - $94,500. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
